Baia is a magnificent spot with offshore wind, depending on the conditions we can have flat water or waves, the location is perfect, protected from the strong swells on the islet of Sal Rei, even on days with waves you can enter and exit the sea safely.

If you are looking for an easy wave to ride in any modality, almost in front of our center we have a reef with a perfect wave up to your waist or shoulder, an excellent option where you can do some maneuvers with the side wind off.

If you want a heavier wave Leoa is perfect located 900 meters from our center it is a right that is divided into 3 sections you don’t need to go over the shore break just go out through the channel to get to the outside.

On days with more swell, you don’t have to worry, we will take you to the best spots around the island with our experienced guides, they know the best spot each day depending  the wind direction or swell.

Kitesurfing, wingfoil and windsurfing rentals are done  in the same spot due to the large size of the bay, there is space for all types of sports safely, upon arrival there will be a briefing about the spot where we will explain the areas to sail and safety zones, the our team will help whenever necessary, from launch and land kite, entering and leaving the sea and surveillance and rescue.

In surf or sup rentals we have a perfect spot 100 meters to the right side of our center with easy waves up to the waist or shoulder, ideal for beginners or intermediate level surfers, if you are looking for a longer wave with more vertical wall the reef located further to the right and the perfect spot.

Kitesurfing classes in front of our spot are only possible in semi-private or private due to the offshore wind conditions, classes are always accompanied by the boat, group classes are only possible in Ponta António, an onshore wind spot with perfect conditions for this type of class.

Wingfoil classes for beginners due to offshore wind conditions are always accompanied by the boat, intermediate and advanced levels can be accompanied by the boat or the instructor on other equipment to exemplify the maneuvers, this method greatly facilitates teaching.
